Oh I don't really have a tutorial on how i did them, I was just messing about

But i duplicated the render (Rooney), then i erased the body parts such as arms and face, then smudged around the body, then went to filter>distort>ripple and then went to filter>distort>twirl and then i duplicated that layer 3 times.

Set the bottom layer to Hard Light, then 2nd layer to Color Burn and then last year to Color Dodge

And i did the same for the Badge

Didn't get the same sort of effect but got a few interesting results so thanks anyway
